Updated: IMPORTANT FCAT NEWS

6th Grade Parents,
Due to state-wide difficulty with Pearson Access, the program that houses FCAT computer based testing, we were unable to complete any computer based testing today for the 2nd session of 6th grade FCAT Reading.
We have rescheduled all of those students that were supposed to test today for either tomorrow, Wednesday, April 23 OR Thursday, April 24.  Today during 7th period, we will make an announcement for all those students that were supposed to test today to report to their testing locations where we will give them a letter that provides their new testing date, time, and in a select few cases, location for the 2nd session of 6th grade FCAT Reading.
Please ask your 6th grade student to share this letter with you this evening if they were supposed to test today.
If your student was not scheduled to take the 2nd session of FCAT Reading today, then they will not receive a reschedule notification letter.  These students will still test on the date and location originally scheduled.
We sincerely appreciate your flexibility and understanding!
