New Student Enrollment

1. Parents/guardian must attach required documents on the NSOE to register.
2. Parents/guardian must input the immunization dates while doing the NSOE plus attach form 680
3. Parents/guardian need to click on each link, print forms, complete, scan & email back to [email protected] (required JHMS enrollment documents as well).
